HOTEL GUESTS
Please contact Vivari Spa to make an appointment. Your room number will be required in order to book your appointment. Please note that all Terms and Conditions from a cancellation perspective will apply as soon as your booking is confirmed.
DAY VISITORS
Upon booking, you will be asked for your gift voucher number, credit card details, or proof of pre-payment to secure your booking.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are highly recommended. To schedule treatments, please call +27 (0)10 594 4104 / +27 (0)10 594 4105 or email us: bookings@vivarispa.co.za as far in advance as possible. Credit cards are accepted and are required to secure your bookings.
SPA ETIQUETTE
The Vivari Spa environment is a place of calm and relaxation. We ask all guests to respect the quiet and privacy of other spa guests by speaking softly and kindly turning off mobile devices. If you would like to enjoy our vitality pool, a swimsuit is required.
ARRIVAL
We request that our guests arrive 60 minutes prior to their scheduled spa treatments to allow time for a leisurely check-in and to begin your relaxation. The hydrotherapy suite is available to our guests to enjoy at an extra cost for the hour prior to your treatments. Hotel guests are able to make use of the Vivari Spa facilities at their own leisure. We request that our guests adhere to their appointment times. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service due to time scheduling. To maintain the serenity of the environment, we request that guests kindly turn their mobile devices onto silent mode upon arrival.
CANCELLATION
We request that guests cancel within a 24-hour notice period in order to avoid being charged for the full-service amount.
LOCKERS
Lockers are available for our guests’ convenience. Vivari Spa will not be held liable for any loss or damages.
GRATUITY
Additional gratuities are at our guests’ discretion.
MEALS
Please order from the spa menu available in the health food studio.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Vivari Spa guests must be 16 years and over to enjoy our treatments and facilities without supervision. Guests under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
DRESS CODE
Please dress comfortably to enjoy your Vivari Spa experience. Comfortable slippers and a robe are available in the spa.
MEDICAL CONCERNS
We respect the health of our guests. If you have a medical condition, we ask that you consult your physician prior to receiving any spa treatments. We request that our pregnant guests must be past their thirteenth week of pregnancy in order to receive certain spa treatments.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available for all Vivari Spa products, services and spa packages, and can be purchased at Vivari Spa. If you are using a gift card as payment for your treatment, please have the number handy when booking, as this will secure your booking, and be sure to present it at time of check-in. Vivari Spa prices and treatments are subject to change without notice. We look forward to welcoming you to our spa for the signature Vivari Hotel and Spa experience.
